Meet Freddy Wheeler
Freddy Wheeler is Kuna through and through. Nearly 30 years ago, he walked into Mrs. Beeson’s kindergarten classroom, and today he proudly calls himself a graduate of Kuna High School. The values, friendships, and opportunities he gained from Kuna schools shaped the man he is today. Now, as a father of two daughters in the district, Freddy is running for the School Board to ensure every child in Kuna has the same incredible foundation that launched his life.
Freddy’s story is one of hard work, perseverance, and chasing the American Dream. After graduating from high school, he attended BYU, working his way through college and proudly graduating debt-free in 2018. Determined to carve his own path, Freddy became an entrepreneur—building three successful companies from the ground up: Ivory Construction, Evade Pest, and C&F Development. As CEO of Ivory Construction, he learned what it takes to manage budgets, balance competing priorities, and deliver results—skills he knows are essential for guiding our schools.
Never one to stop growing, Freddy pursued his law degree at J. Reuben Clark Law School while his wife, his partner in every endeavor, managed their business and their small farm back home. Together, they raise four children, run a company, and care for 15 cows, three horses, and 20 chickens. Their teamwork and commitment to family reflect the very values they hope Kuna schools will continue to instill in the next generation.
Freddy believes strong schools build strong communities. With his experience as a business owner, his training as an attorney, and his heart as a father, Freddy Wheeler is ready to serve Kuna families with dedication, transparency, and vision. For Freddy, this isn’t just about education—it’s about giving every child in Kuna the chance to dream big, work hard, and succeed.
